Cancelling chat events breaks validation chain in multiplayer #343

To reproduce:

  • be on a dedicated server
  • chat regularly
  • cancel a single chat event (QuiltChatEvents.CANCEL.register(EnumSet.of(QuiltMessageType.CHAT), /* ... */)
  • try chatting again => be kicked with "chat message validation failure"

Verified on 1.20.1 but probably applies to other versions as well.
