[Question] MORI-EP vs MORI-CCL

What is difference between MORO-EP and CCL , Is it same as DeepEP which is optmized alltoall vs NCCL for everything else?

Hi @alokprasad , thanks for asking and sorry for the late reply. Broadly speaking, the answer is YES, it is very similar to DeepEP vs NCCL.

But MORI-CCL does not want to replace AMD's current RCCL library. MORI-CCL aims to provide customized CCL kernels for cases that are not covered by RCCL well, this includes bot not limited to:

• Low-latency CCL kernels for intra & inter-node
• Low-CU CCL kernels for better comm&comp overlap
• and some internal research directions....
