Latest Upstream Changes Enabled "Force Delete" For Delete Bucket

Currently if a bucket is empty, we don't let it be deleted. Upstream enabled an option with DeleteBucket requests to "force delete". We should make sure to adopt this

You mean if a bucket is not empty, then it can not be deleted without an extra force option?

Yea exactly, at least that's what I presume the force is for.
