[FEAT] Add starred folder/file in account

Stars will be saved on account per server name.

Security:

1. Keep full path in DB, but only export if the path starts with server root path (otherwise disabled)
2. If has root path, replace the root path portion with blank and only show the last part

Additional:

1. Can keep note and Star name

Future Idea:

1. Colored star with multiple tabs (these are homeworks, those are games, others are image directories)
