Manually Building issue with step 3 and 4 #96
Description
I ran into more issues in step 3, I tried the solutions that were already on the Issues page but I've ran into an error issue. It said the dependencies were finished but there was 2 errors and for step 4, I tried using the command but it lead to another issue.
