Implement page generator

Since the website is still a prototype, the dynamic page generator is not yet implemented. A dynamic page generator should be implemented to do the following tasks:

• route /article/:id to a page that contains all public data about the article
• link to this article_path from the events.json.php (Calendar), from the _topNews.html.erb headings, from the wall page and from the search bar, i.e. change url in indexing script and update index at article creation in Article model.
