Now translatable. Can be translated either through Crowdin website: https://crowdin.com/project/clapper or manually by submitting updated .po file via MR.

@Rafostar The problem is Crowdin will populate the project with bogus locales, which prevents actual translations from being seen.
Moreover, there is next to no activity on Crowdin since it doesn't have any community.
Hoping this can be moved to Weblate instead.

@comradekingu Crowdin populates project with the languages and filenames as configured by project maintainer. If I screwed up the language code config somewhere, let me know/open an issue. I also don't exactly understand why would you need a "community" support to translate an app. Also as noted above, if someone wants to use some different tool to translate then he can do so and send the translation in a MR instead.

@Rafostar If you don't have a community of translators (preferably good ones) there are no great results to be had.
Building a community on the wrong tool means wasted effort, and invariably a lot of inconsistencies in the case of Crowdin.
I don't want my translations in the closed translation memory of Crowdin, and I also won't use the service following EU-GDPR.
