Can't create a folder with a parent

RainLoop version, browser, OS:

Rainloop v1.17.0

Expected behavior and actual behavior:

I would like to create a sub-folder, a folder with a parent. Creating a folder without parent works fine. But each time I'm creating a folder with a parent I have an error (can't create folder).

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Settings -> Folders
2. Click Create Folder
3. Add a Folder Name but without Parent empty
4. Click Create Folder
5. Add a Folder Name and in Parent select the Folder you created before
6. Error: Can't create folder

I'm having this error with whatever already created folder.
