Properly categorize keyboard shortcuts in Menu Bar on iPad

Currently, all keyboard shortcuts for NetNewsWire on iPad are hidden under Help → More Keyboard Shortcuts in the Menu Bar. These should be categorized correctly under the relevant File, Edit, View, etc menu as they are on Mac.
