Before I even launch the .exe causes lag when trying to right click 

When I right click the .exe file on my desktop I will get the infinite loading wheel on windows. It will cause my screen to flicker and freeze and flash white and refresh (like a driver reset). My pc is above average and this has never been an issue before. Is there something I have done? Or something I can do to fix this issue? I only wanted to open the app as admin
