• For users of older versions of Django, they can install django-tasks can get tasks functionality without being forced to upgrade
• For library authors, they can use django-tasks to support said older Django versions
• For everyone, since neither the DatabaseBackend nor RQBackend were merged into Django itself in 6.0 - those still only exist here
