It would be wonderful if there was a query by category. This would allow me to filter the addresses that I actually want to have in Fritz Phone and avoid manual editing in myfritz.

I want second that request! In fact I found it because I just wanted to voice it myself. :-)
My entire Outlook phone book contains much too many entries that don't make sense on my Fritz!Fon at home. But I would still want to be able to load an up-to-date excerpt of it from my Outlook automatically.
