CSN is still present in de-id file names #26

Description:
The filename itself contains the CSN and this is not currently being removed in de-id process.
Will need a little bit of thought because we need to be able to keep track of which file was generated from which other file, so we know when to re-run stuff.
Definition of Done:
- No sensitive information is in the file content or the file name
