Distinguish dev/synthetic from production data on the DSH

• Data uploaded to DSH is clearly identifiable if it is production or not

I have been uploading some synthetic data to the DSH already as part of development.

Of course, this will have to be distinguishable from production data.

Most likely solution is to introduce a "deployment name" variable to the waveform exporter, which is set to "production" only in production, and to something else (eg. "jeremy-dev-synthetic") anywhere else. This name is then used as a subfolder on the DSH upload.

As extra protection against file copying errors on the DSH, we should consider adding the instance name (prod/synth/etc) to the parquet files themselves. Can we add arbitrary metadata to them?
