Add an --ignore OS errors

when i'm copying some rich directories, like system windows files, there're may be some problems like this one.
for example, standart cp (windows) ignore errors (and show them).

can be a feature like --ignore with logging path with problems?

I think I'd accept a PR for this, but I don't really like it.
