databse not working

I tried this code but I can't save the notes along with this I can't see the list of notes on the home screen that i created.

on searching the notes, using the search option of the home screen it shows "unimplemented error "

even after adding 5-6 notes instead of showing the list of notes on the home page, it shows"create your first note".
can you please check
