New password polices settings in authorization service

The Firebase Authentication offers yet an optional and configurable password policy. This can be found in the Firebase Console under Authentication in the Settings tab under Password Policy. With FB4D you can use a client-side check analogous to the settings in the console with the class function TFirebaseHelpers.IsPasswordPolicyFulfilled.
