feat(auth): add Oauth implemetation to the project #353

Expected feature
This project doesn't support Oauth authentification for now.
Would love to see an implementation of Oauth
Approach :
- Use django-allauth to implement it
- Save secrets in environment variables
- Edit login page for it to support Oauth if configured
