+* Harfbuzz was updated to 9.0.0
+* libXML2 was updated to 2.12.8 then to 2.13.0 then 2.13.1
+* libgpg-error was updated to 1.50.
+* SDL was updated to 2.30.4.
+* libgcrypt was updated to 1.11.0.
+* nettle was updated to 3.10.
+* GnuTLS was updated to 3.8.4.
+
+Any projects that have a dependency that was updated has also been updated to build with the latest versions of the new libraries as well.
