Pushbullet Making no sound

This is likely not a development-side issue, however someone may know how to solve this.

When recieving notifications on my android device via pushbullet, it makes no sound. All notification types (default, important, and persistant) are set to give audible alerts.

Any ideas as to how one might fix this?
