Deprecating my Ruby Test Explorer extension in favor of Ruby LSP

@vinistock Hello! I have deprecated my Ruby Test Explorer extension. I need approval from someone at Shopify in order to mark it as deprecated in favor of Ruby LSP specifically, so users will be automatically directed to the Ruby LSP extension in their editor if they have my extension installed.

It looks like Microsoft needs someone at Shopify to confirm this for them via email. I can coordinate things if you're all okay with reaching out, connor.james.shea[at]gmail.com.
