Site without Feeas bundels feeas denpenency and an entire react dist

Describe the Bug

Our site does not use Feeas at all. However if I look at either the code coverage reported in chrome or use a tool like source-map-explorer I can see that the bundle incluces Feeas depencencies and a 76kb react dist used for Feeas that only takes up space.

Below is a printscreen from the 'show coverage' tool in chrome.

To Reproduce

Open site in chrome, open 'show coverge' tool and follow the instructions. The fees will be part of the bundle. It's also possible to use a bundle analyser to see it.

Expected Behavior

If unused, feeas and the react depencency should not be bundled.

Thanks for registering this issue @FransEngstrom . FEAAS and BYOC were integrated in such a way that you should be able to turn off that functionality. However, it seems to not be tree-shaken even when FEAAS-related init logic is removed.
We'd need to investigate this more.
