Issue with Skypier nodes behind a NAT #63
Description
With some cloud providers, the VPS don't have a public IP, and are behind a NAT.
We could ping them with libp2p and their Peer ID is visible from the DHT (libp2p autoNAT rule is enabled).
From another node discovery, we're able to see the public IP address, but it will fail to establish a proper TUN connection.
