Electrical - outputs required

Hi,
With the new electrical system you need to add power to the properties under /systems/electrical/outputs/ - otherwise things like the nav radios won't work. I'll make a pull request shortly.

Nevermind - I see you disabled it, I will wait for your response @SkybikeFG before proceeding.

Also, there is an auxiliary power unit available providing 70 amps of 28V.
Apparently the starter draws 121 amps but the APU only can provide 70, so batteries + apu are needed!
