Empty Polygons Problem. How to Generate VAL_Predicitons files? #8

Hello, I am trying to reproduce the results of Spacenet6 4th position(Motokimura) code. I have already succefully run the testing and training. Now i am trying to generate polygons. As per my understanding of code, the python script files which are dealing with generation of polygons are "ensemble_models.py" and "pred_array_to_poly.py". But when run these files it generates empty polygons as shown in image.
So my question is Where are val_prediction files from which i can dump the PNGs.How to generate those val_predictions?
