Handling repeat event logic in Jekyll

The git-calendar python app handles recurring events but this hasn't been implemented in Jekyll.

To do this we'd need:

• A way of checking for the repeat key in the yaml
• Parsing the interval key
• Parsing the until key to know when to stop listing this event
