- Bioinformatics Office Hours is an informal meeting for Central Region Labs to discuss bioinformatics and bioinformatics-adjacent issues in central region laboratories. Meetings typically start with a 10-20 minute presentation, followed by questions. The remainder of the hour is reserved for any problems or questions that have come up in the last month.
- Genomic Epidemiology Office Hours is a meeting for public health professionals whose work involves or is influenced by pathogen genomics to meet and discuss trending topics and issues in the field of genomic epidemiology. These meetings typically include a recorded 15-30 minute presentation followed by unrecorded, candid discussion time. Recordings of these meetings are available below.
