Description
Write some bizarre way to utilize the /plugins/xxx implementation to make third party implementation easier. If possible have the CLI have a plugin:install command to install a plugin from a github repository.
Also add plugin:about, plugin:update, and plugin:destroy (plugin count will be listed via dashboard but should NOT have a gui interface via the administration panel due to complexity)
