Stage 1: Get Started

• Modularize Makefile
• Put each version on equal footing
• Streamline option defaults
• Delete unused bits
• Specify requirements for BYO-Kubernetes scenario.

Stage 2: GitOps

• Add missing component (from https://github.com/opennetworkinglab/aether-configs)
• Automate AMP configs (ROC Models & Monitoring Dashboards)
• Unify with manual approach (e.g., values.yaml files, clean-related targets, milestones)

Stage 3: Physical Base Station

• Demystify value.yaml files
• Define a "SIM burning" process

Stage 4: Network Config

• Make SR-IOV one (of possibly many) options
• Explain the set of alternatives to be supported (e.g., router-host vs router-pod)
• Specify requirements for any other options.

Stage 5: Scale Up

• Add servers to cluster
• Add slices
• Add base stations

Stage 6: Incorporate SD-RAN

• Prue options (OAI Hardware & RAN Sim)
• Run on RKE2.0 (rather than Kubespray)
• Integrate with SD-Core (rather than OMEC)
