Allow debug builds to push commands to guilds instead of pushing globally #13
Description
Global commands take time to update, so it would be better to push commands for debug builds into specific guilds for testing purposes. A separate config file can be used for debugging configuration. This will reduce the hassle of testing commands and allow them to update instantly on the client.
- Create separate config file on debug builds
- Deploy commands to listed guilds instead of globally
