Description

The issue Template should only have the description as input initially . There should be a checkbox which if enabled the box like additional context and screenshots be created only then . Do not enable them from default.

To Reproduce

Create a new issue and select feature request

Expected Behavior

The expected behaviour is if those boxes are left empty it should not display it after the issue is created.
