[drl-exporter] Use chart's appVersion instead of latest as image tag by default

As using tag "latest" is not a best practice, could you please change deployment template to use chart's appVersion by default for image tag.

You're absolutely right that using latest isn't ideal in production environments.
That said, users can easily override the image tag during deployment by setting the desired version via Helm values,
so there's no need to rebuild the chart each time.
This allows for flexibility while keeping the chart itself simple.

Hi @kha7iq , the most of the users probably use values out of the box and it would be great to have the defaults as much closer to be production ready. This would help to simplify and make the release process more obvious from user perspective.
