Flags to Whitelist or blacklist specific blocks from interactions

Only blocking or allowing all interactions

Any updates? It would be great if the destroy/place block flag had this kind of support as well.

I somewhat avoided this since I would have to rewrite the flag API to accommodate list flags
I will start working on it this weekend maybe
