Backup stuck at "Directory cleanup"

I'm trying to move web site to another hosting server. After clean install of latest wordpress and unison + backup&demo content extension i press backup buttons but backup process stuck at "directory cleanup" message.
All directory and files are owned by www server user and readable/writeable.
PHP 7.1.15-1+ubuntu16.04.1+deb.sury.org+2
No any messages in error log so i have no idea how to debug this issue.

Could you look at the browser Console tab? Is there any error here? If you will see any SSL error, you can install Really Simple SSL plugin to fix it.
