Unable to Install Demo and Backup Data Plugin Despite Multiple Attempts: Request for Immediate Fix

I purchased a theme that included the main plugin of that one. After installing the main plugin, I attempted to install the demo and backup data plugin, but it failed to install. I tried multiple methods on different servers, but it still didn't work. I even downloaded the plugin directly from the release and uploaded it, but it still didn't work. I also tried an older release, but that didn't work either. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I can provide a screenshot of the problem.
