Refactor code

Some code implementations need to be refactored

• Move logger initialization to separate module and call in main
• Create separate duty classes for more specific and clear rest responses
• Refactor code to get healthy beacon node connection #86
• move termination module out of helper package
• Create dataclass for cli arguments and replace all direct argument namespace calls
• Use coherent types:
  • List or list
  • Dict or dict
