Bug: Null property error when saving component file

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or have a component that has an action linked to it.
2. Delete the component.
3. Attempt to save the component file
4. File was not saved error is shown.

This is user error of course but usually tractor would raise a popup and highlight the blank fields.
