Dungeon Tier not updating

Describe the bug

I don't know if its just me, or something I've done, but never had an issue regarding the dungeons T?? Changing to whichever tier it should be, usually after I've killed 1st mob or so.. However, last month+ the tier never changes from 'T ??' Anymore, try as i might to kick the tracker into gear, really found it quite a helpful feature tbh..

Expected behavior

AO Stats is fully tracking my character in game, all stats are present and correct, only when entering dungeons
The Tier won't budge from ??? Dungeon chests / loot etc is unaffected however.

• OS: WIN 10
• Tool Version 7.2.1.24029
• NPCap 1.75

Unfortunately, SBI has encrypted some data so that many things no longer work.
I cannot say if or when this problem can be fixed
