Implement Authorization on OpenID #8606

Describe feature
Trilium implements OpenID for authentication but not authorization, meaning everyone which has access to the authentication software can access Trilium. This means that I can't limit a OpenID login to "just a specific user".
Practical example: Keycloak protecting both Nextcloud and Trilium. I just want my Keycloak account to log in to Trilium.
Additional Information
Just to be clear, I'm not asking for multi-user support.
