feat: add new resources and hand notes for Level 2 flows

- Introduce new "FYT" resource with a link to a Google Drive folder for enhanced study materials.
- Add new hand note for "Hand Note(Shamim, 2025)" in the YM1 flow to enrich learning resources.
- Update existing button structures to maintain consistent user navigation across Level 2 flows.
