Fix CI Actions by removing missing serverless-lambda example

- Removed `serverless-lambda` from `.github/workflows/ci.yml` check and fmt jobs.
- Removed `serverless-lambda` references from `README.md`.
- Verified that `serverless-lambda` directory does not exist in the repository.
