Can we please put this on the backburner as a research job? I am a bit hesitant to drop gut feeling from an old hand. I think the action would be to check what data items we have and for each if it is actually collected in most cases.

I'm not opposed to the idea, but I think it will be hard to implement this in practice, and I don't want us to be reviewing this ticket at every single CCB meeting. Is there a way to truly back-burner it so we only see it when we specifically go looking for things to do... a state that is less than open but more than closed?

That is why I use the labels. The alternative, which I recommend is to move it to a discussion. It could come back from there.
