Address Linter issues from TTO repo

We get a bunch of linter warnings from our downstream ASIC platform repo as can be seen here: https://github.com/UTOSS/risc-v-ttsky/actions/runs/20903111182 (see linter output section in the summary)

I think we should be able to fix most of these here. I think one of the reasons these warnings don't show up is because we have `-Wno-fatal` flag enabled for our Verilator builds.
