Sunset icarus support #155
Description
We have largely moved to Verilator as part of #40 due to Icarus's limited suport for more advanced SystemVerilog features, but we still have it in our CI/devcontainer images and we are still emitting VVP files in CI workflow.
Remove Icarus installation for now.
