Shows: display episode length (runtime)

Movies currently show the length. It would be great if you could see the length of an episode of a TV series

A user pointed out that, according to the TMDB TV Bible it's also common for shows where episode runtime varies that there is no series-level runtime. https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/tv#59f7403f9251416e7100002e

So when making this change, should also take this into account

• to re-evaluate the current default value (45 minutes) chosen at a series level in SeriesGuide if there is none at TMDB
• when calculating statistics
