[Windows] Freezing when switching workspaces

Describe the bug
When switching workspaces, VSCodium starts freezing real hard and unfreezes 1 minute later. One time crashed my GPU drivers. I have 4 workspaces.

Please confirm that this problem is VSCodium-specific

• This bug doesn't happen if I use Microsoft's Visual Studio Code. It only happens in VSCodium.

Please confirm that the issue/resolution isn't already documented

• I checked the Docs page and the Troubleshooting page and my issue is not mentioned there.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open up the VSCodium.
2. Keep it open and open up another workspace.
3. Every once in a while change workspaces.

Expected behavior
No freezing and working correctly.

• OS: Windows 10 LTSC
• Architecture: x64
• Version: Latest
