It is completely impossible to install and access. run

1. git clone https://github.com/ValueCell-ai/valuecell.git
2. cd valuecell
3. bash start.sh
4. Then the following message appeared. I modified the .env file, but it still didn't work, and it still displayed http://localhost:8000/

I have no idea if the author actually explained the installation steps clearly at all. If it’s installed on a server, how am I supposed to access it? The address http://localhost:8000/ is simply incorrect.
