[TF2] Unable to draw other players' Stat Clocks in TF2 SDK

Hello! The TF2SDK currently is unable to draw Stat Clock models on weapons owned by other players. The SDK is currently able to pull the attributes necessary to attach the stat clock through other methods (ie. inspect panel).
