Disable populating path field with attribute value

In the plugin version 3.2.4 (and before), it used to be possible to disable path population in the settings:

This option was removed in version 3.2.5/3.2.6:

Our customer already maintains manually curated path values for navigation items while using the title from related.
Since the option to disable path population was removed, there is no way to prevent existing paths from being auto-generated or overwritten, which prevents us from updating to the latest plugin version.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to the navigation plugin configuration and open the config of the entity in the general settings.

Expectated behavior:

Option to disable path population in the settings.
