Explore Email Confirmation

People have been confused after applying because there is no email confirmation. Previously I did not add an email event via Postmark because I was worried we would blow over the 100 email/month threshold (this was a good move, we would have in January)

Maybe we can email them and tell them we are a student design team, and ask for more email slots?

Or we can go back to node mailer?
